Hotel Overview

Originally built in 1924, the Historic Lincoln Hotel offers a Bavarian-influenced ambience in downtown Urbana, only half a mile from the University of Illinois and one mile from World Heritage Museum, Memorial Stadium and Krannert Center for the Performing Arts.

Its public areas feature a collection of carved antique cabinets, grandfather clocks, and a grand piano set beneath a beamed and buttressed ceiling and wrought-iron chandeliers.

Guest rooms offer air conditioning and satellite TV, and are decorated with Belgian velvets and oak and cherry furnishings.

Facilities include an indoor pool, a connected shopping arcade and two restaurants serving German specialties.
